chronic bout of gross tedium took the explorer to new yet seemingly familiar places

Returned to Leeds for 4 or 5 days because there's sweet FA to do down here in Sutton. Meant in the nicest way of course, but really... the drive up was terrible - it took 6 hours. There were floods and delays everywhere. Call this summer?! At least I'll get some proper sunshine soon when I go to Canada for a couple of weeks. It sounds really good - I had a mate called Phil who did English, and he did a year abroad in Canada. According to him, Canadian girls dig the English accent. Time to put that theory to the test methinks. It's absolutely insane how quickly the last year has gone.
