Salutations dear reader. I have been contemplating Eisenberg's theory today. I do not know why. It is a theory involving histograms and frequency density graphs. So, let's begin. Stick your arm out straight in front of you. Move it anti-clockwise at a smooth fixed speed, as far as practicable. The point of the theory is to find out the exact length of time your arm was at a point P, which is a fixed straight line perpendicular to you, a fixed rigid body. dx (the small value of time for which your arm was at that particular point P) tends to 0, therefore the frequency densities on the histogram are tending to 1/0 ... ergo, your arm never really moved at all. Except maybe in a Donnie Darko-style parallel universe.

Woah, I wasn't expecting it to go this highbrow! Your readers have to have a dictionary on standby just to read your eloquent articles and now we have to frazzle our minds thinking about this! I know its your blog, but where's the acerbic political comment gone?!
ReplyDeleteWhere has the acerbic political humour gone? I realised I couldn't be bothered to expend such energy on these pathetic excuses for life we call politicians.
